DebugSwitches in etc/controlDict is incomplete/incorrect

 Added doc/Doxygen/tools/find-debugNames to help but the problem requires
 more attention (Henry/Andy/Mattijs?)
 Caveat:
   - names defined with nested defines will be missed.
   - names defined via typename will be missed.

Cleanup example:
