ENH: add UList typedefs for the various List counterparts 

- eg,
    labelUList  <-> labelList
    scalarUList <-> scalarList
    ...

Note the unallocLabelList typedef is still available.
However labelUList requires less typing (10 vs. 17 chars) and has a
more obvious to labelList.
