triSurface/triSurfaceMesh adjustments 

 - typedefs to simplify code
 - added scalePoints() member
   * this is especially useful for the triSurfaceMesh dictionary constructor
     when we have surfaces in mm or inches and don't wish to rescale in some
     external program
