ENH: Adding faOption contactHeatFluxSource

The heat transfer from the fa to fv was moved from the thermalShell
to faOption. An option contact resistance was added to the model.
Now, in order to have heat flux from the shell to the 3D mesh
the contactHeatFluxSpurce faOption is needed, otherwise it will
be adiabatic
