TUT: use system/ location instead of constant/faMesh/ for faMeshDefinition

- adjust surfactantFoam/planeTransport tutorial to have partial
  coverage of the plate by the finiteArea mesh.

  Depending on the decomposition, the outflow boundary may coincide
  with a processor patch (good for testing purposes).
