Removed THIRD_PARTY.If such a variable is needed it should be WM_THIRD_PARTY and set in thesettings.?sh.

Corrected the building of ccm26ToFoam.
Tested on dm from download to run -- all fine.
Needed to use --no-check-certificate option for wget.
