17x indexedOctree was missing intersections which could lead to less refinement

eg, dictionary entry:

        thermalModel
        {
            type        none; // fixedTemperature;
            // fixedTemperature coefficients
            T           350;
        }

A missing thermalModel is treated as 'none'
