Syntax error near unexpected token

I installed OpenFOAM about a month ago, it worked very well. But from last week, these errors keep showing up when I just open the Ubuntu without doing any things.

Is there anyone having the same problem? What should I do?

Your PATH has some funny entries: Intel(R) etc. Check where they are coming from (e.g. your .bashrc)

I think I found the file location, you can see from the picture. I don't think I should change the name of this file.

Besides, I ran the 'cavity' case successfully, it is very weird.
