Update to 1812 on webpage

Various places on the webpage you still refer to v1806, e.g.:

Further, it would be convenient if the ThirdParty-xxx source could also be provided via gitlab.

Note that these "sources" are the build scripts etc, but no source code for the individual packages (eg, boost, paraview etc). The BUILD.md file is structured with all of the download links near the end. If you simply cat or tail the file it is pretty simple to find the URLs. Can also grep it for http or ftp too.
