is this a fresh install? can you please upload entire log?

Sorry I deleted the log and if I have to rerun the compilation it would take a lot of times. The problem is partially solved with an ugly solution: From file "/home/mqnguyen/Code/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-plus/src/overset/cellCellStencil/cellCellStencil/cellCellStencil.H", there are 3 lines:

#ifdef NoRepository
#   include "cellCellStencilTemplates.C"
#endif

I just replace the file name by is absolute path, and the compilation finished successfully. So the problem is just the compiler can't find the file "cellCellStencilTemplates.C". I can't dig deeper in the wmake mechanism.

Perhaps not a fresh install? Should see what the contents of the src/overset/lnInclude/ directory contain. The file is either not linked there, or linked to a bad location (dead link).

Try wmakeLnInclude -u src/overset, that should cure the problem I think.
