Support multiple weights on some field function objects

Raised on EP1453, but it would also partly cover the derivedFields workaround as well. Support 0-N scalar weight fields and 0-1 vector weight fields (for surface weighting). Multiplicative weighting, with legacy handling of "none" and treat "rho" as unity for incompressible cases.

If implemented could have (rho U) weighting.
