Feature: Mesh motion and adaptive mesh refinement

Functionality to add/problem to solve

Enabling mesh motion to work along with adaptive mesh refinement

Target audience

Beneficial in fluid structural interaction cases and moving mesh simulations.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

I have done some work towards this with no apparent success. Motion engine doesn't recognize newly refined mesh points.

I looked at this commented code and it tells me that someone in past has tried to work on this feature but it hasn't been enabled yet.

How challenging this has been (if the OpenFOAM team has already tried this) or would be to implement? Anyone can provide me with the level of effort it would require? I have not seen any solid efforts towards this in the community.

Thank you!
