momentum FO does not calculate boundary values for angularVelocity

Steps to reproduce

run momentum FO on any case with e.g. swirl inlet velocity field. Check momentum:angularVelocity components.

What is the current bug behaviour?

Values on bcs are zero.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Values on bcs should reflect the actual velocity.
