Curle function object misses 1/r and 1/(4 pi)

Summary

I read that someone reported, there misses 1/(4 pi) in the Curle acoustic analogy implementation. This might have not been fixed. Besides, a dividing by r is also missed. This makes the sound pressure amplitude almost do not change with distance.

The code is at Curle.C line 219, which is not in consistent with the theoretical description.
