Cannot find parcel injection cell

Summary

I'm modelling a moving rigid sphere in a medium and including lagrangian particles to trace the gas flow. But I've always met the following error:

"--> FOAM FATAL ERROR: Cannot find parcel injection cell. Parcel position = (-5.63103 21.11 -1)"

I don't know if this is a bug or there is anything I missed. Thanks!

Steps to reproduce

Example case

pimpleLPTFoam.7z movingCone.7z

The solver simply includes lagrangian particles in the pimpleFoam.

What is the current bug behaviour?

When topology changes, particles penetrate the moving wall boundary.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Particles should be reflected by the wall.
