solverInfo - colon in field names

Using a colon in the residual field names of function object solverInfo means that the files created for these fields have names that are indecipherable in Windows. For example, in a recent run, initialResidual:p became ICLAZW~C. Not a problem in Linux where the computations were done, but it is when I want to examine the results in Windows.

The same comment will apply to field names containing colons that are created anywhere else in OpenFOAM.
