error: wrong implementation of solitary waves (OF-v2106)

In the latest release (OF-v2106) the three tutorials related to solitary waves (solitary, solitaryGrimshaw, solitaryMcCowan) do not work; It seems that the latest implementation have defined some parameters as common for all the theories (maybe wavePeriod and rampingTime) that are no needed by solitary wave theories and that can possible lead to division by zero.
