dynamicMotionSolverFvMeshAMI + surface sampler
foamToEnSight and foamToVTK works fine with #2396 (closed), however attached a case rotatingFanInRoom.tgz which fails to grab cut-plane proper cells. A few candidates are missing from cut-plane as discussed with @mark
