Give subclasses of pyrolysisChemistryModel to the solid concentrations
While the reaction rates can be easily read or manipulated by subclasses of this class they can not access the initial solid concentrations (not event for reading)
This is fixed by the attached trivial patch by moving the field from privateto protected
