Inconsistency of function objects folder names with mesh regions

WHen using solver like the chtMultiRegionFoam some functions objects, such as surfaceFieldValue, are written to postProcessing/ whereas others, like sampling, are written directly into postProcessing even though they are only applied to a particular region.
