          Brief update:

          • scotch-7.0.1 along with intelmpi-2020 gave issue in redistribution of one of key cases
            • error stated 'corrupted double-linked list' related to _SCOTCHdgraphCoarsen
            • using scotch-6.1.2 for now
          • openmpi-4.1.4 at times was bailing out on initialization (e.g. 3 out of 4 attempts on same case failed)
            • message mentioned that peers used different communication layers (e.g. pml cm vs pml ob1 etc...)
            • using openmpi-4.1.2 for now
