Tutorial wallMountedHump uses the wrong Wall function
In the tutorial $FOAM_TUTORIALS/incompressible/pimpleFoam/LES/wallMountedHump the bottomWall patch uses the kqRWallFunction. However, monitoring the maximum y+ value for that patch in the wallMountedHump/results/kOmegaSSTDDES-DeltaOmegaTilde-useSigmaTrue case (This results directory is created after running Allrun script) reveals that the maximum y+ is less than 1.
According to the documentation of kqRWallFunction, this wall function works only for High-Re turbulence models. In this case, the wall function should be changed to kLowReWallFunction
