Error in recompiling solver in OpenFOAM-v1712 on Windows 10

I have installed OpenFOAM-v1712 on Windows 10 according to the instructions on the following page https://www.openfoam.com/download/install-windows-10.php

Everything went well, but it is not possible to recompile any solver. When I tried to recompile e.g. icoFoam, I got the following error message

$FOAM_INST_DIR/OpenFOAM-v1706/wmake/wmake: line 407: make: command not found

Could you please figure out the problem?
