decomposePar -region XXX should pick up

system/XXX/decomposeParDict

however it seems to pick up

system/decomposeParDict

I went through the run scripts in all the tutorials and all the ones running in parallel seem to have a system/XXX/decomposeParDict, i.e. no one seems to rely on having a system/decomposePar. Note that this one is still checked in argList to find any distributed running options.
