- the patch remapping in faFieldDecomposer calls weights
  internalField() which can trigger parallel communication on the
  complete mesh for some processors only (ie, blocks).

  Force a priori creation of weights instead.

- ensure that the complete mesh (reconstruction helper)
  is serial when adding patches.
