- A RANS version of occDrivAerRotMesh with static wheels and ground

- Use efficiency metric instead of confusing normalized
  time-to-solution. Efficiency is calculated as ratio of speedup to
  ideal speedup.

- The changes is a result of a discussion between
  HPC committee and exaFOAM members.
- KPIs are now clearly distinguished from the
  corresponding metrics. Their description is
  moved to a separate expandable section.
- Add instructions on including cases that rely on
  custom source code.
- Update exaFOAM dependencies between related
  cases.

- The main README.md file (landing page) provides
  now an overview of the benchmark suite
- Description of an individual case is provided in
  the README.md located in the root directory of
  the case. This description is linked within the
  landing page.
- For an intuitive navigation every case from the
  landing page is supplied with a thumbnail image

Added industrial benchmark cases I7 and I9 + minor changes
