Update controlDict, remove functions part at the end. Prevents the correct use of the run with standard OF version 

- was renamed 2019-01-29, but had remnant (duplicate) residuals
  stub until 2020-01-03

- align format conventions. Use 'scale' in blockMeshDict etc.

- remove stray (site-specific) submit_hpc script
