GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Crash-seg-fault at the end of a simulation

@mark When I run a simulation using the petsc solver, openfoam crashes at the end with a seg fault. Moreover, I cannot see the message "Info<< "Finalizing PETSc" << nl;"; why? I am not sure about the correct finalization of petsc.
