GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. ENH: simplify/extend objectRegistry code with templated predicates

- replace explicit use of wordRe, wordRes, wordHashSet as filters
  with a MatchPredicate.

- support filtering by class based on <Type> or predicates
