STYLE: replace short-circuit Allrun script with Alltest

- removed some unneeded tutorial files

- use -name test before -type test to avoid calling stat(2) on every file.
- use -delete instead of -exec rm to avoid forking

present.

  - move tutorial cleanup to the end in case the user wishes to
    abort the wcleanAll script

  - adjusted wcleanAlmostAll according, but don't know if it's really
    needed any more
