STYLE: replace short-circuit Allrun script with Alltest

- cleanup the run script syntax

- removed some unneeded tutorial files

- use -name test before -type test to avoid calling stat(2) on every file.
- use -delete instead of -exec rm to avoid forking

- collects the log information only, without running any cases.
  This can be useful if the user has terminated the test prematurely
  but nonetheless wishes to summarize the log output.

foamRunTutorials now accepts two arguments:
-test : Preferentially execute Alltest, if present, over Allrun.
-skipFirst : Skip Alltest/Allrun at the top level to prevent recursion

Added because some tutorials are not dependent on controlDict and take
a long time.
