redistributePar fails with area fields when there are no edge boundaries
Odd failure reported on EP1371 (item 4) - caused by a programming oversight in redistributePar. As the image below shows, it is quite possible to have a fully enclosed finiteArea patch without any physical boundary edges (only processor ones).
